Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days in the order of which it was received.
- During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 3-5 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using this number on our website or the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our logistics partner, Pinpoint Merchandising immediately. We cannot guarantee that we can change the address if the order has already been processed.
